1. Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Business Days: Our warehouse and workshop operate Monday through Friday.

- Weekend Orders: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped starting the following Monday.

- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- Special Items: Handmade products or items with special finishes may require additional preparation time before shipment.

- United States Warehouse: California

- US Domestic Shipping: 3–4 business days

- Standard International Shipping: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

4. Shipping Costs

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: We are proud to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes applied by their country.

BrassOna® LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

- If a package is delayed once in transit, please contact the carrier directly for the fastest update.

- If a package is confirmed lost, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. BrassOna® LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
